[oXygen-sdk] On-demand values for Form controls

Hi,
  Would it be possible to get on-demand values for the form controls from a
config file? For example: could we have set the values and labels of the
oxy_combobox and oxy_editor to receive the string from a java code which
reads a config file? If so, how could I go about doing this?
