[oXygen-sdk] Non-Maven version of the plugin SDK?

Is it possible to get a non-Maven version of the oXygen SDK for developing plugins for the standalone version of oXygen? That is a version of the SDK similar to that produced for the 15.x series of oXygen.

Although Maven is a popular technology, we prefer not to use it, as it does not fit in with our development tools and practices.
