[oXygen-sdk] Setting attribute values for topicref

Hello,

I think the reason is that the possible values for "type" and "scope" 
also depend on what you are referring in the presented dialog. What you 
can do is use an AuthorDocumentFilter to post process the inserted topic 
ref and set values for those attributes if they are not present.
