Hi Jan,

Thanks for the report, you are right. We'll fix the issue in 15.2.

In the meantime your workspace access plugin extension implementation 
has access to the main JMenuBar and receives callbacks for each added 
toolbar so it could potentially be also used to filter stuff from the 
main menu and toolbars.
