[oXygen-sdk] Inserting keyref adds xml:base attribute

Hi Jan,

Currently I have no idea why this happens.
What other customizations do you have? Do you use custom DITA DTDs? Do 
they define an xml:base attribute on all elements?
Did you change the action which inserts a key ref in any way?
