XSL FO disable Xinclude processing

Post by bernardusgui » Tue Nov 13, 2018 5:45 pm

In Oxygen I am processing XML files with XSL FO using XEP as processor. It is currently spitting out everything from all XInclude documents in my source XML file. I'd like to prevent this if possible through an instruction in the XSL document, but I'd accept turning it off in Oxygen as a second resort. But I can't find either solution.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

In the Oxygen Preferences->"XML / XML Parser" page there is an "Enable XInclude Processing" checkbox. Does unchecking that help with your usecase?

It does, thanks. But I'd like not to have to switch it on/off each time depending on context. I'd rather configure it in the XSLT file as needed...

Hi,

Sorry but as your use case is very rare there is no such option to control this by specifying this setting in the XSLT.
