Parse Error

I just installed Oxygen 20 and am trying to to view some test files.

I get the following error: (The system cannot find the file specified)

Does this have something to do with entity files?

Hi,

If the XML is opened in Oxygen and there is a validation error reported like you stated above, then I also would incline to consider that the XML document has a DOCTYPE declaration which points to a DTD not found by Oxygen or that there are internal declared entities in the DOCTYPE pointing to DTD modules which cannot be located by Oxygen.
If you have an XML catalog for your DTDs in the Oxygen Preferences->"XML Catalogs" page you can add a reference to it.
