Add on: git: include --amend radio button

The Git plugin / add-on is amazing, and very useful. Thank you! I realize that git has dozens of parameters that could be supported, so when I suggest this and others, I'm focusing only on those parameters in git that I tend to use.

That said, it would be helpful to have an amend checkbox, to include files that should have been included in the last commit.
