wrong encoded when i open nonXML windows-1251 files...

Hi Slava,
You need to set the encoding for non XML files to windows-1251. You can do that from Options->Preferences dialog by setting the "Encoding for non XML files" field on the Global page to the desired value.

even when i set default encoding for nonXML files to windows-1251 i can`t see russian letters

Hi Slava,
If the correct encoding is used but you do not see the expected characters then it is a font related problem. You need a font that knows how to render the characters you are using, for instance you can try Arial Unicode MS that knows a wide range of characters.
