I can't get the plugin to work.

update manger won't download( sticks at the jar file)

so I download the zip unpacked it in the plugins folder started with -clean, with no luck



anyone elsse have problems?

No, we tried Eclipse 3.1 M4 without problems and also we did not receive a similar report. Can you try with a clean 3.1 M4 installation? (assuming you have also other plugins installed).
Also how did you test that oXygen is installed or not? If it is installed you should be able to see an oXygen entry in the Eclipse Preferences dialog (Window->Preferences).

hmm apprently the manual install worked, but doesn't show up in configuration manager
