Hide colspec by default

I see where I can select Styles/Hide colspec on the menu, but is there a way to set this as the default? I'd rather not see the colspec definition all the time, and now I have to turn it off each time I open a topic.

Hello,
To set the Hide colspec CSS as the default CSS you need to edit the framework that you are using (DITA/DocBook) in the Document Type Association preferences panel.
To do this, go in Option -> Preferences -> Document Type Association select the DITA/DocBook document type and press the Edit button (if you have no write permissions to the store location, choose to duplicate the framework and edit the copy).
Then in the Author -> CSS tab, select the Alternate option for Hide_colspec.css and remove this check for the default dita.css.
Press OK in all the dialogs to validate the changes.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Ionela
