conref expansion

Is it possible to enable and disable conref expansion individually?
Hi,
Right now this is not possible but we already have this registered as an improvement request.
I will update this thread if we make any progress in this direction.
You can disable conref expansion completely from the Preferences->Editor / Edit modes / Author page by unchecking the Display referred content checkbox.
