GENERATE HTML - Problem image

Hi
I have Oxygen V13
When i generate DITA MAP WEBHELP OR DITA MAP CHM or DITA MAP XHTML folder image is not create and the link is false (in file html) ?

Hi Jean,
Is the images folder located outside the folder in which the DITA Map is located? The DITA Open Toolkit has problems when linked resources are located on a file path outside the directory in which the published DITA Map is located.
In the DITA topics how does the link to an image look like?
Are there any problems reported in the DITA OT ANT console output view?
Maybe you can send to our support email address the entire console output + some sample DITA code.

Just to update the post:
Found the problem.
You are referring the image like:
../image/FIG01.bmp
but on disk it has the file extension capitalized so it should be referenced like:
../image/FIG01.BMP
The DITA OT is capitalization sensitive although the operating system is not.
Usually problems like this can be detected using the "Validate and check for completeness" action from the DITA Maps Manager toolbar.
