Since upgrading to version 13, I'm seeing the BIDI warning triggered for XML files which don't contain any BIDI characters. The document properties show BIDI as "true". I seem to remember this problem in an earlier version, but I can't remember how it was solved -- perhaps by turning off BIDI completely.

Is there a known bug along these lines, or is there some character I might have used that's being detected as BIDI when (as far as I know) it's not? This seems to trigger for documents with text in Finnish and Swedish.

Can you please sent a sample document that triggers this problem on support at oxygenxml.com? That will really help us as we can identify exactly what character tiggers the bidi support.

Hi,

There are some characters that inadvertently trigger the BIDI mode in Oxygen. If this bothers you and you don't need BIDI mode, you can disable it in:
Options > Preferences, Editor > Open/Save, Disable bidirectional editing mode
