Italic

I am having problems displaying italic text in Author Mode. Example: I have a simple xhtml document. When I style a word like this: <i>word</i> it is displayed as italic
and slanted (which doesn't look nice).

Hi Stephan,
We are a Java application and there is no API available to specify that a font should be rendered italic but not slanted.
In my opinion this could also be a matter of the font used to render the Author content. Maybe you can go to the Oxygen Preferences->Fonts page and change the Author default font to something which displays italic without the slant.
