Adding Annotation to schema

I have a schema that I want to add annotation and documentation into. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
Hello,
That's fairly simple to do after opening a schema in Design mode.
In the diagram right click on the component you want to annotate and choose Edit(submenu) -> Edit Annotations.
After the annotation has been added(and is visible in the diagram) you can edit it by simply double clicking it in the diagram.
