Problems with line endings in Eclipse 3.5

When I edit an XML file using the Oxygen XML plugin, I find that some lines end in nl and some in cr nl. This gives our svn configuration problems as it is set up to handle platform native line endings.
Oxygen version 10.3
Eclipse version 3.5

Hello,
The problem you encountered was already solved in the latest 10.3 distribution kit.
Please make sure the last distribution kit of 10.3 is installed on your machine, i.e. build ID 2009081912.

When will that build be available from your download page? The current version has a July date, 200907....

Please double check the
http://www.oxygenxml.com/download_oxygenxml_editor.html page, and switch to the "Eclipse" section. The 2009081912 build number was taken with copy/paste from the website.
