Scale UI for visually impaired user - version 21

Hi! I have low vision and struggle with the size of the buttons and windows in the applications. I use the accessibility features in my Windows display, but it doesn't seem to affect Oxygen. I was able to change the font display and it's been a lifesaver. I'm currently using 17.1 and will be moving to version 21 shortly. Please advise on how I can increase the size of the buttons, menus, and windows in 21. Thanks!

Oxygen 23 and older versions are in our end of life stages so officially we no longer provide any kind of support for them:

In the Oxygen Preferences->"Appearance / Fonts" page besides the editing founts you can also configure the fonts for text components and the "GUI" font which should resize labels and UI components. So maybe you can play with increasing all fonts in this page to values you feel comfortable with.
