Oxygen says that my JSON schema using the 2019-09 draft will be validated with the draft-07 specification

I'm defining a JSON schema, and I've specified the "2019-09" draft to validate it with. I noticed that Oxygen puts a little warning message on the "$schema" line, saying "The JSON Schema will be validated using draft-07 specification." I'm not sure what the implications of this are, or whether I should be concerned.
