Deleting an old license for Oxygen 17, to upgrade to 22

Hello,
We have an employee who just transferred to our team from another. The other team was using Oxygen 17, but we are using Oxygen 22. We already have her on our license.
We've uninstalled Oxygen 17 and are trying to install 22, but it keeps picking up the old license key:
How can we remove the old license key to use the new one?
