PHP error message emails

I'm using WebHelp Responsive with Feedback content on a review server. Periodically, I get this in an email:

[10.134.105.12] - 2020-01-14 10:10:42: Unknown error type: [8] Undefined index: userId on line 49 in file /var/www/html/connections-webhelp/oxygen-webhelp/feedback/resources/php/profile.php , PHP 5.6.40 (Linux)

I think it happens after I've looked at or edited a user's details on the admin page. Anyone know what it means, or how to prevent it? Thanks.

Hello,

I've tested using the latest version of Oxygen (v21.1) and I cannot reproduce this behavior.
What version of Oxygen are you using (Help > About) to publish your WebHelp Responsive with Feedback? If you are using an old version of Oxygen please try the latest version and let us know if the issue is still present.

Regards,
Bogdan

Hello,

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this behavior even if I'm using the v21.1 build you've indicated (2019101513) by running the built-in transformation scenario (without any customization).
Are you using the built-in transformation scenario or a custom one?
To make sure that you are using the default transformation scenario you could try to install another instance of Oxygen XML Author (in a new, clean location on your computer), make sure that you are using the built-in DITA-OT (Options > Preferences... > DITA > Built-in DITA-OT 3.x) and publish your DITA Map using the built-in "DITA Map WebHelp Responsive with Feedback" transformation scenario. If the error message is still present, please try to reproduce it on a minimal sample DITA Map and send us the generated content for further investigation.
To send a file to our support team please use this form: https://www.oxygenxml.com/techSupport.html

Bogdan
