Oxygen asks me

Oxygen keeps giving me the message that my project file has changed on the file system. Do I want to reload? This happens even if I'm just transforming a ditamap.

Hello,

What version and build of Oxygen are you using (Help > About)?
Is the project file stored on a network share (e.g. \\server\share) or network drive (e.g. Z:)?

Regards,
Adrian

Hi,

I am using <oXygen/> XML Editor 21.1, build 2019101513. We are using SharePoint to store our source files. The project is being shared by myself and one other person.

Hi,

Oxygen asks you about reloading he project .xpr file, because you and another person are concurrently using the same .xpr file from a SharePoint repository (via network share or drive). For each change that the other user makes to the project you get a popup about reloading the .xpr file.

Oxygen's project mechanism is not designed to accommodate this scenario. Project files are not meant to be shared this way (concurrently) between users. Each user must have a copy of the .xpr file.

Adrian
