Hello,

I'm trying to use the sharepoint browser view in oxygen author to open files from sharepoint online but get a number of error messages

1) Problems while trying to acquire lock

Timeout waiting for connection from pool ...

2) Cannot open the specified file

Timeout waiting for connection from pool ...

I've had a quick search and can't find anything obvious so I've created this post

Hi,

First check network connectivity in Oxygen. Can you access remote resources from Oxygen?
Try File > Open URL and use the URL of the Oxygen website: Does that open in an HTML editor?
If not, check your proxy settings in Options > Preferences, Network Connection Settings / Proxy.
