Good morning,

for our Authors we organized an Add-On. During the installing-process one is asked to accept the »End User License Agreement«. Do this means the Agreement between you and the Author or an agreement between me and the author?

Hello,

The add-on installation process always asks about the agreement between the end user (the user who does the installation of the add-on in the Oxygen application) and the creator of the add-on. The text of the EULA is added in the descriptor file of the add-on (in the <license> element) by the creator of the add-on and it sets the conditions and restrictions imposed by the add-on creator.
