Standalone vs. Embedded oXygen editor

I've spent some time working with the standalone version of oXygen and now find myself working with it as part of an Eclipse embedded system. I've already found (thanks Radu!) that the search dialog from within oXygen isn't the same (Eclipse hijacks the search and uses the eclipse search dialog).

Is there a list that contains information on what the differences are between the embedded version of oXygen and standalone versions?

Hello,

There are indeed some differences in terms of functionality between the standalone edition and the eclipse plugin of oXygen XML. The seatch dialog (the search dialog is just one of them).

You can better observe those differences from the oXygen XML feature matrix, available on our website, at:
http://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_editor/feature_matrix.html

There, you can see that some features are available in both standalone and Eclipse distributions (,arked with a full black dot) and others are only available in the standalone distribution (empty grey dot).

In case you need any other information, just feel free to let us know.

Costin
