Is there a way to hide a few elements when creating schema documentation ?
For example to mark the element with an Annotation or some other way

I tried to find in our User Guide some additional information about customizing the XML Schema documentation.
I found 2 topics that might help you:

The topics indicated by the links above refer to PDF, Docbook and DITA outputs respectively, but if HTML output is the one that interests you particularly, I think that HTML output customization could be performed in a similar manner.
