I generated an XML schema from some XML files. When trying to validate the same XML files against the created Schema it doesnt work. What can be the problem?

What's the validation error that you are seeing?

We can't guess what the problem may be, we need sample files to reproduce the problem.
You can use the Technical Support form from our web site to send the files. We need at least one (more would be better) XML file used as the source and the generated XML schema.
If the files contain confidential information, you can use Help > Support tools > Randomize XML text content on them. Make sure you do this on a copy of the files, not the originals.
