how can i see the FOP debug information?

I'm a newbie. I'm using Oxygen 2.0.4 as my editor. I use the build-in Apache FOP as the processor and Xalan as the transformer. After I clicked the apply the transformation, the status bar shows in progress then FO transformation succesful. However I can't find the output PDF file on my disk. My collegue uses command line to help me do the transformation. He gets error message. How shall i configure the OXygen to let the debug information shown to me?
