The options for transformation in a project have gone missing and I am trying to set them back up but don't have any information. I have a copy of an old version of the frameworks folder, where they probably exist. I need to know where the information for the project transformations is actually held, which file so that I can copy it over into the new version of the frameworks ideally.

When you create a new transformation scenario using the Oxygen "Configure Transformation Scenarios" toolbar button, you have two storage options for the transformation scenario: Project Options or Global Options

By default Project Options is checked. This means that the scenario will be saved directly in the Oxygen project xpr file. In the Oxygen Project view there should be an Oxygen ".xpr" project file opened at all times. So possibly in your case the transformation scenarios got saved in the Oxygen .xpr project file then maybe you switched and loaded another project xpr file and the scenarios should still be saved in the old project xpr file.
