Ok
I have manged to please my boss with my progress thus far, I need to print out the Schema some how so I can put the details in a user document I am creating.
Is there a quick and easy way to accomplish this.
I tried Generate Documentation/Schema Documentation, that doesn't lend itself to being imported into a word document very well.
Any Suggestions would be appreciated.

Try maybe the schema generation with chunking enabled so you can get multiple files?
The schema documentation generates HTML, you should be able to paste that easily in applications like word. Also you have the diagrams that you can include in your documentation, the diagrams are image files saved on your disk in the diagrams folder.
