Hi there!

I've seen some WebHelp implementations where the main page tiles are divided into tile groups, often with their own titles in between as well.

Is there a standard or preferred way to achieve this type of layout? I've been searching the WebHelp documentation and this forum without much success.

Bonus question: Is there plans to switch to Bootstrap 5.x in the future?

The use-case you have provided can be achieved using a customization. For instance, you can use as a starting point the following sample customization:
Oxygen Publishing Templates Sample - Tiles Groups

We try to update the libraries included in Oxygen XML WebHelp as often as possible with the new versions released. But, this kind of update require a high analysis from our development team and for now the Bootstap 5.x update does not have specific timeframe.

Starting with Oxygen 27.1 (already available), Oxygen XML WebHelp comes bundled with Bootstrap 5.3.3.
