Nested Topics in Files View When No DITA Map Directly Added

Hi Oxygen Support,
My team noticed that when they add topics from the DITA Maps Manager side-view to a review task, and they select to also include the topic's children, and no DITA Map is directly added to the review task, that the list of topics in the Files view are still nested and the nesting does not match the hierarchy defined in the DITA Map.
This has lead to confusion with some of our reviewers who have become concerned that topics are nested when they shouldn't be. We have communicated to the reviewers that the Files view in Content Fusion is not an actual hierarchy or representation of the document's structure, but they still have found it confusing.
I've put together a short video that demonstrates this behavior: https://sie.box.com/s/36lem3kwn9oqhfozk9zybo0s6nnihtp8
Ideally, we would expect the Files view to be a flat list with no nesting of topics/files that are included in the review.
Thanks!
Daniel
