Hello,
I am using oXygenXML Editor Professional v26.1 build 2024091606 with Content Fusion 7.0.
I have a Review Task on Content Fusion.
From the oXygenXML, I tried to retrieve the changes from Content Fusion by clicking Get changes. It threw me an error instead of the diffs.
Code: Select all

<description>[Sep 23 7:27:38 AM 2024] [Get changes] Get changes operation failed for "UG-007 R8 Merged warnings and text from r7.1" task.</description>
Can you tell me how I can fix this, please?

I just tried other reviews that I have going on Content Fusion. The others are fine. It is just one review task in particular that is doing this. The one causing issues has this information in the "Problems - Content Fusion Tasks Manager" pane in OxygenXML that didn't show up in the saved xml file:
Resource - Not available
System ID - Not available

Ok. This is really weird. I opened Content Fusion directly from the server and then went back to Oxygen to Get changes and suddenly it worked. I am not sure what is happening. I didn't have Content Fusion open when I tried getting changes with the other reviews and it worked, so I am confused why I would have to open Content Fusion from the web to have Get changes to work for this one review task. Mysterious gremlins are at play in my world.

Hello,
To investigate where this behavior came from, it is necessary to:
- Provide us with the server logs
- Go to Content Fusion Administration Page
- At the bottom of the page, click on Show logs
- In the top-right corner click on Download all logs
2. And please, specify the task ID that had this described issue:

Hey there Cosmin,
I am having problems uploading the logs here (zip is too large, 3055 KB).
How can I send you these logs?
Regards,
Danielle

I wish I could, but the IT department over here made a bunch of changes last night and now I cannot replicate the error.

The failing task was bvrdfrmqbessfbgqnshibunj2rcroqgfj955braha6vkdr5q.
It seems, however, that there was an issue with the way the IT department had set up the server. They have since changed the permissions on the server cache folders.
P.S. It impacted tools other than Content Fusion so I doubt the issue was a Content Fusion issue.
