Topic Headings do not render in Fusion - option to show?

I've got a map with topic headings, and I sent it for review in Fusion, and none of the topic headings are rendering. All of my reviewers think there is no organization in my map file. I'm not a fan of empty topics for the sake of hierarchy. This is a run book that has phases, and each phase is a topic head. I looked all through the configuration options and there's not to "show" topic heads. Anyone find a workaround?

I have the same request.
We use CMS to store the Dita files. When I open a Dita Map in Content Fusion (CMS Repo login), drag and drop files for review, the root map is identified in the Context Dita MAP field, so I upload the files. However, the heading levels and images cannot be displayed in the Review Browser Interface. Do you know why and when will it be fixed? Thanks.
