Configuring Enterprise Server Address

I am trying to manually configure Oxygen XML Editor to connect the enterprise server using these steps: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... erver.html

After I click Connect and log in, I see this screen:

There is nowhere to click Authorize, so I can't complete the configuration.

My coworker had no trouble with this task, so I don't think it is a problem with the server.

Hi,

Can you please tell us what browser do you use? After you click "Connect" the browser is automatically opened or you have to manually switch to the browser? Do you have multiple Content Fusion tabs opened?

Best Regards,
Mihaela

I am able to click "Authorize" now, and I've successfully connected.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

We are glad that you can connect the editor with the server now.
If you want, please share what was the issue and how you solve it, it can be helpful if someone else encounter the same problem.

Thank you!
Mihaela

I'm not totally sure what the issue was but I'll do my best to describe it:

For the address of my enterprise server (step 2 of https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... erver.html), I entered the IP address provided by my system administrator.

When I clicked Connect, the "My review tasks" page opened, and there was no Authorize button.

I was able to fix the issue by going into the address bar and replacing the IP address with my organization's Content Fusion domain (ending in .com), leaving all of the text that came after.
(I replaced http://<IP Address>/<long string of text> with http://<our Content Fusion site>.com/<long string of text>)

This caused the page with the Authorize button to appear so I could proceed.

It's likely that I should have entered the .com address as the enterprise server address from the beginning, but hopefully this will help someone who has a similar issue.
