Enabling only comments in Review pane

Hi,
is it possible to enable only comments in Review pane ? I'm aware of type:comment filter but I would like this option to be enable by default (or by a menu like in oxygen desktop review pane).
I can't find information on how to customize review pane.

We have an issue (WA-931) logged to improve the UI related to filtering in the review panel.
We have added your vote to the mentioned issue. If needed, for a workaround, we can move the discussion to email:
