Has OxygenXML 14 fixed DITA-OT bugs in 1.6.n??

Hi,
I'm doing DITA stylesheet work for a client. They're using 1.6.3 and publishing through an Astoria application. I do my work and testing within Oxygen Editor 14.1. I'm seeing that when I build PDF on their system, I'm getting problems in spacing between the end of a table and the following section or lower-level topic titles, though I don't see those problems when I build from within the OxygenXML Editor.
Did you folks do any proprietary bug fixes within the DITA-OT that might be the reason for this?
I'm really a bit frustrated; I did a comparison between the DITA 1.6.3 DITA-OT I'm using with Oxygen - I installed it as an alternative to your native DITA-OT, and it's working perfectly - and the DITA-OT 1.6.3 installed in their environment, and can't find any differences, so I'm thinking you might have fixed something in the OxygenXML DITA 'framework' outside of the DITA-OT itself.
Any thoughts on this? Can you point me to a list of your proprietary bug fixes made against 1.6.n (or maybe even 1.5.n; the client is upgrading from an old 1.4.2 DITA-OT) versions, so I could investigate it myself? Alternatively, are there libraries that Oxygen uses instead of the standard DITA-OT libraries and jar files, even if the roject and transform is pointing to a particular, non-standard, DITA-OT?
TIA,
Nancy
