I'm using Oxygen Author 23.1. When I'm in the process of generating PDF output for my content, I'm unable to customize my PDF output. After selecting PDF as my output format and clicking "Edit," I receive a pop-up. When I click "Yes," it takes me to a screen where I can customize my PDF by selecting the template parameters and other options. The issue is, the screens for selecting the template, parameters, and filters is not appearing.

Do you have any solutions for this issue?

FYI Oxygen 23.1 has reached its end of support period.
Also I verified using <oXygen/> XML Editor 23.1, build 2021121415 and the transformation dialog is correctly displayed: Could you try to reinstall Oxygen and see if the problem is still present?
