Hello, I'm a new member.

Is it possible to print the log in the "transformation problems" part and verify the external link while publishing?
Oxygen appears to just verify the xref contained in the dita files. An external connection that is broken won't be detected.

If you open a DITA Map in the Oxygen "DITA Maps Manager" view and use the "Validate and check for completeness" toolbar action from the view, the validation settings should include a checkbox named "Include remote resources" which you can check if you want for the validation to look if web links or external image references point to existing web pages.
