I have a weird bug where when clicked, some images will pop up at their real scale, and others won't, even the downscaled ones. I have no idea where this issue could arouse from, as all my code is written the same way. I've tried to search if the problem was in my images, and the only difference I could find between them was their depth of color (varying from 24 to 32), but the issue still happens whichever depth of color the image is.
If anyone has any idea, I'd be glad to hear it.

Unfortunately, we are not aware of such issues.
In order to investigate this, we would appreciate if you could send (using either the online support form or the official support email - support@oxygenxml.com), consisting of a complete DITA Map files hierarchy, in an as minimal form as possible - a few topics with some image resources - which could be used to reproduce the issue.

After we manage to reproduce the issue, we will get back to you with the conclusion.
