Hello,
I have a MAC user on my team. She has successfully created a WebDav connection and can view our guides and ditamaps. She is able to see chapter titles, however, she is not able to see or open topics. Instead - she is getting a key ref /definition error. I've highlighted the topic she is trying to open with a red box in the attached image.

Any suggestions for why she might not be able to view this topic / dita file?

Looking at the screenshot, your colleague probably opened a DITA Map which has a topicref with a keyref inside it.
And Oxygen cannot find a definition for the key.
In the DITA Maps Manager view there is a "Context" combo box, can your colleague set there as context the main DITA Map of the publication? Oxygen will use the context map to gather all keys defined in the publication.
