We're generating webhelp responsive output with a template that includes a javascript AMD module and we're getting the following error in Internet Explorer:

Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'endsWith'

I searched the responsive plugin and it appears that it's coming from line 54 in template-module-loader.js. Is this a known issue?
