PDF transformation fails if files outside of project are linked

Hi Team,

I am using <oXygen/> XML Author 21.1, build 2019090904 for pdf transformation.

I am unable to publish pdf because some of the files are linked outside of the current project. Please help asap.

Hello,

You should use the "Validate and Check for Completeness" action to check for references to resources that are outside the file hierarchy of the current DITA Map you are trying to publish (more details in the User-Guide), then, if you have such external references, see the "References Outside the Main DITA Map Folder" section from the User-Guide for solutions.
