Oxygen XML Forum

I have many different projects in many different folders. Today, I created a map that referenced files in three different folders. When I generate the webhelp output, Oxygen creates subfolders with names like "oxy_ex-2". I currently have the fix.external.refs.com.oxygenxml set to "true"...is there a way to not have these subfolders created, and have all the HTML files in the same output folder?

Hi,

Oxygen creates those folders with the purpose to avoid name conflicts (files with the same name in different initial folders).
So there is no setting to disable this. Even if there was, Oxygen could maybe save the topics directly in the base output folder.
If you want I can add an internal issue to consider adding setting to control this.
