Hi,
I have inserted an embedded video in Oxygen, and published webhelp, the video displays on the topic page succssufully.
But I changed the width and the height of the video object and published webhelp, the configurations didn't take effect.

I am using Oxygen 20.0, and I followed the article to make the change, but didn't work.

Anything that I should pay attention to to make the configuration work?

Indeed, there was a bug in version 20.0 of oXygen XML, so the height and weight attributes for videos are not taken into consideration when the WebHelp Responsive output is generated (as the videos are responsive).
However, this issue was resolved in version 20.1, so if you download the latest maintenance build of v20.1 and you setup a width for a video this property should be taken into account when you generate the WebHelp Responsive output.
