I am creating a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) using WebHelp Responsive (tree). Here's a screenshot and a general idea of the structure:

When I generate the output, the home page allows me to drill down only 1 level. I can't access the actual questions from the home page

Question 1: How can I drill down further on this home page?

When I click on one of the category topics, I get to a page that is blank - this is because the Category1-Topic file itself is empty. I'm only using it to append child topics onto. The TOC is where I want it:

Question 2: I'd really like for the first topic with content to be loaded automatically. Is this possible?

(I was able to find a shortterm solution, which put the list of topics in the empty space area, according to this thread:

Hi,

Are using version 20.1 of oXygen XML?
Regarding the first issue you have indicated, could you please specify if you have the attribute chunk="to-content" set for category1 and category2 topics (e.g. Apps And Accounts)?
If yes, in order to generate to the TOC also the third level topics you need to set the webhelp.publication.toc.hide.chunked.topics="no" in the DITA Map WebHelp Responsive transformation scenario > Parameters tab.

For the second question, our advice is to use topichead element with a navtitle attribute with a instead of topicref.

Ionela
