Capturing log of search items used

Hi,
My manager want to know if we can harness the search terms that users key into our webhelp site.
Is there any customisation hook that I can research to see how much effort is involved?

Hi Ann,

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available at the moment.
However we have an improvement request, to implement server side search for WebHelp, already logged in our internal improvements tracking system.
If this will get implemented, as a side benefit, the users could also used search suggestions offered by WebHelp.
I've just added your vote for the feature, so that you will be notified when/if this functionality will become available.
