Hi Expert,

My pdf plug in works well in my DITA 2.5 yesterday, but today, I can't use it for tranform since it is missing from DITA transformation Type window.

I installed com.company. pdf with companypdf2 type in the OT 2.5 and its information is shown in build.xml.
Then I run DITA-OT integrator in Oxygen to load all plugins
Then I want to create a new scenario with companypdf2 type from DITA transformation Type window,ant it is missing.

Even my code is return back to the content which was ok as companypdf2 shown in Oxygen, it still doesn't work now.

How can trouble shooting this?

Hi Lisa,

Please check in the Oxygen Preferences->DITA page that the default used DITA OT is the one you copied the plugin to. If it was not, change it to that used DITA OT 2.5 and afterwards run again the integrator.
If this still does not work and creating a new transformation scenario of type DITA-OT does not allow you to choose your custom transtype, please try to restart Oxygen. If it still does not work, maybe you can send us your plugin (support@oxygenxml.com) and we can take a look at it.
What precise version of DITA OT 2.5 did you download and are you trying to use?

I send my plugin com.lisa.pdf2 to your email with the same name: urgent !! dita pdf plugin is missing from DITA transformation Type window.

Please help to check it. since I can't continue my work now.

Could it be that you have simply opened another Oxygen XPR project?

It seems, Transformation settings are stored in the XPR project file (found on the Project tab of the left-hand pane in the Oxygen't main window).
For example, when you open Oxygen for the first time, you will possibly have the sample.xpr project opened. If you continue to work with Oxygen without creating a new custom project, changes you make to the Transformation scenarios will keep stored in this sample.xpr project.

Now if you open some other project later (such for example the MobilePhone.xpr sample project bundled with Oxygen), you will find your transformation custom scenarios disappeared.

To get the scenarios back:
1. Open the Project tab in the left-hand pane.
2. From the split-button on top of the pane select the previously used project.
