Create new file button not active in wizard

When I use the create new file command in my project the wizard shows me a menu of templates. I can double click on one to create an 'untitled.dita' file; however if I use the Title and File Name options to customize the new file the Create Button will not activate. Only the Cancel button is active. Why is this ? It's OxygenXML Developer 19.0

From where do you show the "New" wizard dialog? From the Project view, from the File->New menu action or from the DITA Maps Manager?
We periodically release Oxygen 19.0 minor bug fix releases and we can also try to fix this problem in one of these minor releases.

It fixed itself, here's what I noticed. I was right clicking on the project folder and using a contextual menu to choose New > File, invoking that dialog window. The 'create' button was greyed out. I reconfirmed with another project.
But, when I used the main menu File, New (which I had never tried since installing 19.0) the button was activated in the dialog window! And now the contextual menu invocation is fixed too! So, to replicate this it may need a fresh install, or maybe it was just a fluke of my machine with some weird interaction. Case closed for me.

Great, your details help me reproduce the problem on our side, I added an internal issue for it and we'll try to fix it in the next Oxygen 19.0 minor bug fix release.

Just to update the thread, this problem has been resolved in the latest maintenance build of Oxygen 19.0,
2017042020 (released on
April 24th):
New Dialog: The Create button was disabled if the user previously cleared the URL combo box.
