ODF transform arg.rellinks ignored

The ODF (also known as ODT) output does not include any Related Links, even if arg.rellinks is set to "all."

I looked over the parameters and you are right.
Please try to edit the transformation scenario you are using and in the Parameters tab add a new parameter called args.odt.include.rellinks with the value all. I will make changes on our side so that this parameter is present in the list of parameters in the next Oxygen version (version 16 probably in the summer of 2014).
